Wine tasting services – Cristaux De Vin

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the wine tasting services offered by Cristaux De Vin for private, public and professional events.

Article 2 – Services
Cristaux De Vin offers, in particular:

• wine tasting events,

• guided tastings,

• wine truck services,

• events for individuals, businesses and communities.

Services are provided exclusively on the basis of a quote.

Article 3 – Quotes and orders
All services are subject to a free quote.
The order is confirmed after written approval of the quote and payment of the deposit.

Article 4 – Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€).
They include only the services described in the accepted quote.

Article 5 – Deposit and payment
A deposit of 40% of the total amount of the service is required at the time of ordering.
The reservation is only effective after receipt of this deposit.
The balance is payable according to the terms specified on the quote or invoice.
Any delay in payment may result in penalties in accordance with the legislation in force.

Article 6 – Cancellation
Cancellation by the customer
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid shall be retained by Cristaux De Vin and shall not be refunded.
Cancellation by Cristaux De Vin
In the event of force majeure, Cristaux De Vin shall offer a postponement or a refund of the sums paid.
 
Article 7 – Responsibilities
Cristaux De Vin undertakes to perform the service professionally.
The customer is responsible for the venue, the necessary authorisations and the behaviour of participants.
 
Article 8 – Alcohol
The sale and consumption of alcohol is prohibited to minors.
The customer undertakes to comply with the regulations in force.

Article 9 – Insurance
Cristaux De Vin is covered by professional liability insurance.
​
Article 10 – Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

Article 11 – Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute will be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.
